For nearly a decade, Camden has built his career in the startup and venture ecosystem as a founder, investor, and community leader. He began his professional journey as a founder in Silicon Valley, which led him to become a Fellow at Lightspeed Venture Partners and later at Alchemist Accelerator. Through these experiences, Camden recognized that his lifelong passions for coaching, learning, and mentoring deeply aligned with supporting early-stage startup founders as an investor. In moving back to Los Angeles, Camden went on to work as a Principal for Noname Ventures, where he first met Christian (who was an advisor to the Fund). Building on this experience and in continuing their partnership, he became a Co-Founding GP at Industrious Ventures and Creator Rising. In addition to his investment roles, Camden has been a leader and mentor across a range of venture communities and programs, most notably BLCK VC, where has served on the Leadership Team since 2018. As part of BLCK VC, he was co-founder of the Black Venture Institute and Breaking into Venture programs. Camden graduated from Harvard with a degree in Psychology and later earned a JD from Stanford.
