Brooke has spent her career as a consultant, founder, and mentor predominantly in the food space. Prior to joining Nextwave, Brooke worked as a Growth Strategy and Innovation consultant at Clayton Christensen’s firm, Innosight. She worked with legacy companies in the automotive, healthcare and education industries to architect new business units that would protect against increasing disruption. After Innosight, Brooke started her own company that sits at the intersection of food and technology and currently advises founders that are part of the UCLA Anderson Venture Accelerator. While operating her business, Brooke worked as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Harvard-Westlake School and consulted for a variety of CPG startups. Brooke also brings extensive experience in the food industry from manufacturing to restaurants. Brooke holds a B.A. from Yale University where she double majored in Art History and Psychology.
