Adam is an investor and startup founder with a proven track record of scaling organizations from inception to growth. He began his venture career as the second hire at Next 10 Ventures, where he managed daily investment operations and contributed to shaping a thesis-driven investment strategy. Deepening his experience in establishing thesis-driven funds, he co-founded Creator Rising where he served as managing GP. Following Creator Rising, Adam co-founded and served as CEO of Based, a venture-backed messaging platform still in operation today. Currently, as Chief of Staff at Nextwave Partners, he continues to leverage his diverse experience to facilitate strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Adam holds a B.S. from Cornell University, graduating from the School of Hotel Administration.
